ARTICLE VII -- ELECTION AND TERM OF OFFICE
Section 1.   The election of offices shall be held every two (2) years during the regular Society Meeting.
 
Section 2.   Election shall be by direct voting and by referendum. A list of candidates for the Executive Council should be sent out not later than thirty (30) days before the scheduled election except for election of the first set of officers and directors.
 
Section 3.   Only founding members, associates, and fellows of good standing are qualified to vote and be voted upon.
 
Section 4.   The elected officers begin their term of office immediately after the election for a period of two (2) years. The first set of officers and directors shall hold office immediately after their election until the next biennial meeting.
 
Section 5.   Re-election of any officer may be allowed.
 
Section 6.   Any officers may be removed for cause by a majority vote of the other officers and members of the Executive Council.
